The 25th of August we are inviting you to join us at the wonderful Q-Lounge at the rooftop of Grims Grenka Hotel. This is, as some of you might know, the perfect place for a late summer party. We are taking the opportunity of this awesome place to throw a pre-sale event for the forthcoming debut release from Unknown Cause – Color/Greyscale, a concept double-album due late 2012.
We have set up a great lineup to make this a special event, lineup is noted further down the page. This is an afternoon event, so we start at 5pm and keep going till about 23, so be early!

17:00-19:30: Roland Lifjell
DJ, producer, music store owner and party promoter. Roland has been DJ`ing for 15 years, making him one of the most experienced DJ`s in Oslo. Roland has a way of making the dancefloor experience something out of the ordinary, and tonight he is pointing our spaceship against the stars, sending us in the direction of bliss, exhaustion and fulfilment.

19:30-22:30: Unknown Cause
UC is Magnus Støren Wedén, also known under the name Fragletrollet. He is by the end of the year releaseing his debut album “Color/Greyscale” under the name Unknown Cause. This is the culmination of innumerable hours in the studio, where he has developed his musical style into something more refined and mature. He will tonight present the music from the album, and his music being very stylistically varied, leads to a very dynamic and progressive soundstage that can be enjoyed from the dancefloor and sofa both.

22:30-23:00: Morris Cowan
Morris Cowan (aka Adam Taylor) carves out a distinctive style of colourful electronic music, drawing from house, techno, dub, minimal classical and post-rock. He is an exciting and unique new talent, and his debut album ‘Circa’ marks a notable step forward in the refinement of his skills and an indication of his potential.
