-Unknown Cause (Tie & Tail // Oslo)
UC is Magnus Støren Wedén, who is releasing his debut album “Color/Greyscale” on the Oslo-based label Tie & Tail this special night.
“Color/Greyscale” is the culmination of innumerable hours in the studio, where he has developed his musical style into something that constantly pushes today`s definitions of electronic music.
“Color/Greyscale” each represent a division in style, the “Color” side reflecting the blissfully melodic, genre-unrestrained part of the project, and “Greyscale
” the more hypnotizing, mesmerizing and relaxed part of the release.
He will tonight present the music from the album, and with his music being very stylistically varied this will surely lead to a very dynamic and progressive sound-stage that can be enjoyed from the dancefloor and sofa both.
-Klartraum ((Lucidflow, Soma Records // Berlin))
Klartraum happens when Nadja Lind (Lucidflow, Darkroom Dubs, Soma, Vitalik) and Helmut Ebritsch (Hatikvah, Soma, Morris Audio, Baalsaal) come together to explore their musical urges. Both as a studio double duo and burgeoning live act they are bringing an entirely unique edge to their performances and output by taking their flowing techno to a deeper, spiritual level.
Since finding each other in 2006 through a producer website the Berlin based pair have stamped their unique mark on electronic music, finding favour with some of the world’s top DJs.
-Masomenos (Welcome To Masomenos // Paris)
Masomenos, is a productive partnership between Joan Costes, a graphic designer and DJ, and Adrien de Maublanc, a producer and sound engineer. They both clearly have a ball with ‘Welcome to Masomenos’ an audio-visual system they use to produce their spontaneous, lighthearted, psychedelic, no limits universe.
When they met in 2006, they almost immediately started working together, expressing themselves throughout different medias such as image, videos, and sound, finding in Masomenos a great playground for their creativity.
Having played all around the world in some of the most renowned clubs, its time to bring Oslo a treat in the form of 1 hour live set and 1 hour dj set to top off the evening.
